Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted.

Why does the check-out page direct me to Paypal?  I don't have a Paypal account.

By default, our shopping cart points to Paypal.  However, you do not need to use Paypal to complete an order with us.  Just click on the Paypal link when it appears, then select the option that allows you to pay with your credit card without using Paypal.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone or email.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes!

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination as calculated by the U.S. Postal Service
We have an app which lets you estimate your shipping costs before placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases, you can choose your shipping option, which will dictate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach you.  Options may include some or all of these:

Express Mail – overnight delivery to most locations

Priority Mail – 2-3 day delivery

First Class Mail – (up to .8 lbs) 2-3 day delivery

Parcel Post – 2-8 day delivery

Media Mail – 2-8 day delivery

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. If the vendor has received the order, we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee cancellation. If you receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery and call the vendor’s Customer Service for return instructions.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?

It may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. Personalized items, opened personal care items, domestic or computer software items, pierced earrings and special order merchandise are not returnable.
